Qualifications
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
- Strong knowledge of contemporary technologies and frameworks such as J2EE, service oriented architectures, web services, and metadata model driven architectures
- Specific knowledge of design patterns for business logic development, performance and scalability
- Strong Java programming and object oriented design skills
- Working knowledge of relational databases especially Oracle/SQL*Server/DB2
- Experience with presentation technology Velocity, XML, and HTML
- Good design and problem solving skills
Education or Formal Training:
- MS or BS in computer or related fields
Experience:
- 2-5 years experience developing enterprise systems
- Hands on experience with web based application development
- Experience architecting enterprise application software, preferably one focused on finance
- Experience contributing to strategic technology vision for an enterprise application
- Experience developing application development frameworks and foundations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and unit test complex software components
- Approximate task sizing
- Communicate efficiently with other product development team members, quality assurance, product management and architects.
- Participate in concurrent development with our offshore team
- Write and review designs of product features
- Occasionally present/demo features to extended team members
Sales Executive (Multiple Locations)
Successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree and have ten or more years experience selling complex software solutions to Fortune 500 companies. A Sales Executive's primary responsibility is to drive new business opportunities.
It is highly desirable that the candidate understand the technology issues faced by companies implementing our solution; understand data and business process integration requirements; and, understand the business issues faced by companies competing in their respective industries.
Qualifications
- Consistently met or exceeded quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Success working independently, with a proven track record of prospecting, proposing and closing new business.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with demonstrated success of appropriately utilizing company resources to close business
- Success working in a start-up environment
